Over his five years as a BuyMax member, Joel has used many different products and services from our vendors.
It all comes down to time. “Time is the most important one because you don’t have to do research on vendors. BuyMax has already vetted them. Pricing is also factor and making sure the vendor can meet your business needs. It saves a lot of time for me going out and having to negotiate pricing. It not only saves time, but also money,” Joel said.
When asked about his experience with the BuyMax vendors, Joel said “The contacts at these vendors really want to help small businesses be successful. What is most beneficial is their availability to us owners beyond ordering the initial service. They always follow up with me and are available when I need them. If something new comes out, they reach out which has been great.”

Joel started using Linxup and Clarity after the AB Convention in 2023. He said that Clarity answered a lot of gaps he has with his previous VoIP solution. Clarity had a program to help Joel get what he needed out of a phone provider.
CareerPlug has been a longstanding partner of Joel’s. He said they are very responsive, and he has had no issues with them over the past 5 years.
Rebates with BuyMax
Joel partakes in all rebates he is eligible for. He said there have been a few times where he wasn’t expecting to receive a rebate, but a vendor submitted his sales on his behalf, which has been a great feature.
“Rebates are the cherry on top of the already fabulous BuyMax programs,” Joel said.
Advice to Other Business Owners
Joel said, “It all comes down to time. Time and money. BuyMax has done all the legwork and vetted all the vendors. They have picked the best companies out there to offer their members. For me, that saves a lot of time on my end that I once had to use to set up calls and analyze data. It has been hands down super easy.”
Joel also appreciates that his Customer Success Manager reaches out to him often to tell him about new programs or discounts he should consider taking advantage of. “Communication is the most important thing, and we get that from all of the BuyMax team,” Joel said.
When asked if Joel had any other advice he’d like to pass along, he simply said “It’s great, I love it!”
